1 How do I place an order?
Message us on Facebook or Instagram (or send a text) with your package details — to/from address, weight, and size. We'll send you the discounted rate. Once you pay, we email you the ready-to-print label.
2 How do I pay?
Payment is due before the label is created. We'll confirm the accepted payment methods when you message us. Your label is sent right after payment is confirmed.
3 How much do I save?
The customer price is calculated from our local UPS Ground table at exactly 25% below the original price. Weight, dimensions, zone, and surcharges still affect the original price.
4 Refunds & cancellations
An unused label can be refunded — just message us and we'll request the carrier refund (it can take a few business days). A label that has already been scanned or used by the carrier cannot be refunded.
5 Your privacy
We only use the address and package information you give us to create your shipping label. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
6 Carrier disclaimer
Make Label is an independent shipping service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All carrier names and logos belong to their respective owners.
7 Membership & your data
When you join as a member, we store your name, phone, and email only to give you a member code, recognize repeat customers, and send you promotions. We never sell your information, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
